Henry Wagstaff BA (Hons) MPLAN is a fully qualified Town & Country Planner and Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
Henry obtained a Bachelors degree reading Property Development, followed by a Masters degree reading Town & Country Planning at the University of the West of England, Bristol. Henry then started his career in 2011 as a Planning Officer at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
His next few appointments were held at several Planning Consultancies of varying size. This included a prestigious nationwide Planning & Development, Land Management and Residential Sales company.
To a high degree of success, Henry consistently delivers planning permissions of varying size and within a variety of sectors across Sussex, Kent, Surrey, London and beyond.
Other than when offering planning advice and securing planning permission on behalf of clients, Henry can often be found either running or cycling over the South Downs, or kitesurfing off the Sussex coast.
